A Town of Stonington Shellfish Permit is required to fish for clams, oysters or scallops and must be in possession of the named individual.

Period: Effective from April 1st of this year to March 31st of next year.
Eligibility: You must be aged 16-64, and be a Stonington resident or taxpayer

I have read and understand the Town of Stonington's Shellfish Regulations. I also understand that providing false information or violating the Rules and Regulations shall result in the loss of the permit.

A Town of Stonington Shellfish Permit is required to fish for clams, oysters or scallops and must be in possession of the named individual. Shellfish Permits are effective from April 1st of each year and expire on March 31st of the following year.
