THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS REQUIRED WHEN APPLYING FOR A MOORING.
PLEASE NOTE:
- All moorings must be renewed annually by May 1st.
- In accordance with Sec.VI, Waiting Lists, Section (2): Mooring site applicants on waiting lists shall reapply annually with the Harbor Master no later than May 1st or shall forfeit their position.
- This Permit is Non-Transferable, except those moorings declared as commercial fishing use with Harbor Master approval.

We require proof of payment for excise tax. For Maine residents, retain a copy of your receipt and either attach it to the application or email it to the Harbormaster. If you are not a Maine resident, you will have to pay excise tax at the town hall in Eliot. Please be sure it is clearly visible that it is the excise tax for the vessel you will have on the mooring here in Eliot, ME.
