Terms and Conditions
I understand that all motorized boats and all sailboats 19.5 ft and longer must be properly registered and that the boat operator must possess a Connecticut Safe Boating Certificate. Registration and Safe Boating Certificates are not required for manually propelled vessels of any length and for sailboats less than 19.5 ft in length. I also understand that when my vessel is operated, there must be life jackets on board for all occupants and any other safety equipment required for the category of vessel. I will comply with all Connecticut State boating regulations and with local speed and operating regulations. I agree to comply with any Harbor Master requirements for my mooring and to properly maintain it.

I understand that my position on the waiting list will not be maintained without payment of the $100- application fee.

I will notify the Harbor Master within 30 days of any changes to the information I have provided on this application.
