If a space becomes available, permits for completed applications will be issued based on the order they are listed on the Wait List. Permits need to be prominently displayed on the hull stern end of the vessel that will be facing the parking area. Do not place your sticker on the deck or any other part of your vessel. Unstickered vessels are subject to removal, as well as vessels left at the Bushnell Street public access between December 1st and April 1st

WHEN A HURRICANE WARNING IS ISSUED FOR THE ESSEX AREA, ALL VESSELS MUST BE REMOVED.
The permit period for storage is from April 1 through November 30th. All vessels must be removed by November 30th. The Harbor Management Commission and the Town of Essex shall not be responsible for vessels or equipment left at Bushnell Access.
A list of vessel owners, vessel identification and sticker numbers will be posted on line and on file with the Town Clerk.
There is no Essex residency requirement.
