Instructions
Resident - $75 per mooring: Any person who occupies a dwelling within the Town of Boothbay Harbor for more than 180 days in a calendar year, or pays property tax or excise tax to the town of Boothbay Harbor.

Non-Resident - $150 per mooring: Any person who does not occupy a dwelling within the Town of Boothbay Harbor for more than 180 days in a calendar year; unless the applicant pays a boat excise tax or property tax to the Town of Boothbay Harbor.

Marine Enterprise - $105 per mooring: Any dock, pier, wharf, float, floating business, or combination of such facilities that serves five or more boats and that has moorings for the express purpose of rental.

Association/Club - $105 per mooring: Any dock, pier, wharf, float, floating business, or combination of such facilities that serves five or more boats and does not collect fees for moorings

Riparian Mooring: $75.00 per mooring - 100’ of waterfront property required.

Terms and Conditions
If your name is on a waiting list, you must reapply each year. It is not necessary to pay a fee each year. Applicants and mooring owners
must be completely familiar with the Boothbay Harbor Port Regulations. Copies are available at the Boothbay Harbor Town Office or by calling (207) 633-3671.

If name or address changes from that
given on the application, please notify the Town Office.
